I kind if blindsided then with a drop off. They called and said they weren't sure if they could get it done. That was fine since I didn't have an appointment. They called towards the end of the day and the car was done.Thank you

Had my battery replaced- I was in and out within maybe 15 min. Which is nice- I used to live an hour away and I always went to my Ford Dealer. Had I still been in my old town, I would’ve been sitting at Ford for at least an hour waiting for my battery change and probably would’ve paid double the price lol. They also were able to get me in the same week I called- Ford would’ve booked me 2-3 weeks out. The admin/receptionist was very friendly and it was nice that I didn’t have to remind them to just leave my old battery somewhere inside my vehicle- they remembered! Prices are good too- I was given a price over the phone and that was the price I paid when I was checking out. Unless I needed a hole patched in a tire, I’ve only ever gone to my Ford dealer, so I was a bit nervous using a new shop. But, I’m happy with the service and I’ll continue to go back for maintenance/other services needed for my vehicle.
