Such a great shop. Really. People are down to earth, straight up and honest. They don't try to oversell you. And prices have always been fair. And their quality of work is awesome. They actually care!
I have a 2015 BMW X5 and I am new to the area I looked around for a few places called a few places and got a few different quotes. Keep in mind I usually go to the dealer but life prevents a 40 min ride. 🥹 I came across Louis garage and spoke to Mike.... VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE RESPECTFUL POLITE PATIENT HONEST AND most importantly to me welcoming! Price was very reasonable and i didn't make my scheduled appointment and came the day before thanksgiving and my car was done CORRECTLY the same day! The service was amazing and I am big on that! Once again, great service. Was provided a time and estimate, before service was performed. Both were right on schedule, no selling of anything not needed. You can only ask for a honest service center, and at Louis Garage, that's what you get.

Our car started making a horrible noise and we needed it fixed quickly. We were having trouble finding a mechanic who could fit us in. Louis’ Garage was busy but said they’d try to get to it. They worked quickly, did a great job, were great to work with, and all for a reasonable price. We will definitely be using them again.
